When you use CreditRevive.pro, we collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, and uploaded credit report files. We also automatically collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and device information to improve our services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and operate our credit analysis and dispute letter services
  • Process your uploaded credit reports using our AI analysis engine
  • Send you service-related communications and updates
  • Improve our services and develop new features
  • Process payments through our payment processor (Paystack)
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. Credit Report Data

Your credit report data is treated with the highest level of security. Reports are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Our AI processes your report to identify negative items and generate dispute letters. We do not share your credit report data with any third parties. You may delete your uploaded reports at any time from your dashboard settings.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Paystack — for payment processing (they receive only payment-related data)
  • Firebase/Google Cloud — for authentication and data storage
  • Law enforcement — only when required by law or valid legal process

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics tools to understand how our service is used. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Credit report data is retained for up to 90 days unless you delete it sooner. After account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Opt out of marketing communications
  • Request deletion of your uploaded credit reports
  • Close your account at any time

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure access controls, and regular security audits. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
