1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CreditRevive.pro (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may modify these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Service Description

CreditRevive.pro is a self-service credit repair tool that uses artificial intelligence to analyze credit reports, identify disputable items, and generate dispute letter templates. CreditRevive.pro is not a credit repair organization as defined under federal or state law. We do not provide credit repair advice, legal advice, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing, customizing, and sending any dispute letters generated by the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly through Paystack. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload credit reports belonging to someone else without their authorization
• Use the Service for fraudulent purposes or to dispute accurate information
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our AI analysis
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. No Guarantees

While our tools are designed to help you improve your credit, we do not guarantee any specific results, score improvements, or outcomes from using the Service. Credit bureau responses and outcomes vary by individual circumstances. Past results reported by other users are not a guarantee of future results.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including AI models, dispute letter templates, design, and code — are owned by CreditRevive.pro and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CreditRevive.pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections regarding liability, intellectual property, and dispute resolution survive termination.
